In this years camp, Sifu Adam will delve into more exercises to open the body, develop the Jin Lu (roads of power) and partner exercises to apply internal power. The camp consists of 6 days of training with 2 sessions, one in the morning and afternoon. A handful of senior students and qualified HME instructors will also be attending and assisting in order to give attendees the most benefit out of the training.
