A 2 or 3 day (2 sessions per day) Taiji workshop with Gabriel Mizner, one of Sifu Adam Mizner's senior instructors and younger brother. In this workshop, Gabriel takes the students through the first 3 levels of Song with a variety of Yang Family exercises to open the joints/tissues of the body, Nei Gong exercises to build internal mechanics which produce Jin (internal power) and partner exercises to educate the body and mind under pressure.
