Join Sifu Adam Mizner for one month of intensive training in Kata Phuket, Thailand. Sifu Mizner will be covering topics such as Yang family Nei Gong, developing the Jin Lu (roads of power) and how mobilize and apply Nei Jin.

There will be morning and evening sessions 5 days a week. Senior instructors will be assisting Sifu Adam in order to provide students with consistent corrections and feedback.
